Shop The Look - Statement Chairs

Welcome back to another edition of 'Shop The Look' and this week it's all about statement chairs. As one of the most timeless pieces of furniture, statement chairs work beautifully with every design style. Whether it be in living rooms, bedrooms or dining rooms, these chairs help create a stunning focal point and add interest to a space. The recent years have seen a rise in the popularity of these chairs and many of my design clients are now looking into investing in a statement chair.

Traditionally these chairs were seen in living rooms and libraries but now know they can be seen popping up anywhere in the house. A favourite location of mine is either in a hallway or upstairs landing, somewhere unusual for a chair to be. This allows the eye to drawn in towards it and piques the interest. As they are relatively small and versatile, they can move from room to room to help you create interesting new vignettes of spaces around your home every time you feel like having a quick change up.
